All interested athletes of all national mountaineering associations have the right to participate in the competition. All participants are entitled to win prizes based on placement. Balkan championship standing results will be made only from a participant from BMU member’s associations.

The registration fee shall include a T-shirt and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, as well as a guidebook of the climbing area.

ACCOMMODATION:
- A tent camp is provided in the immediate vicinity of the climbing area
- Accommodation in the camp is free
- The toilet in the camp is provided
- The camp shall be open from 16 to 18 September 2022
- After the competition, the climbers can remain in the camp for free if they want to continue climbing.
INFORMATION ON THE ROUTES:
- 30 new routes have been provided for the competition
- There are a total of 150 routes on the location
COMPETITION SCORING SYSTEM:
Category 1 – easy routes (up to VI+) – 100 points
Category 2 – moderately difficult routes (from VII to VIII) – 200 points
Category 3 – difficult routes (from VIII + to IX) – 400 points
Category 4 – super difficult routes (from IX+ and up) – 1000 points
The final number of points of each route shall be calculated by dividing the initial number of points by the number of competitors who successfully climbed the route.
SCORING SYSTEM FOR FINAL PLACEMENT:
The ranking shall be determined based on collected points, the winner shall be the one who collects the highest number of points. In case two or more competitors have the same number of points, the number of climbed routes shall be taken into consideration. The competitor who has a smaller number of climbs shall win.
